Disney Would Have Fired Johnny Depp From The Franchise Pirates Of The Caribbean

Stuart Beattie, one of the writers of the first film Pirates of the Caribbean has just announced to the Daily Mail that Disney has officially thanked actor Johnny Depp for his role as Jack Sparrow.

“I think he (Johnny Depp) has had his day,” says Stuart Beattie. “Obviously, he appropriated the character, who became the one for which he is best known today. Children all over the world love him in this role, which has been good for him, and for us too. “

After 15 years as a character, the actor probably ended up being fired because of his many problems in his personal life. Johnny Depp is currently suffering from serious problems with alcohol abuse and that is not to mention the various lawsuits he faces. His ex-wife Amber Heard accuses him of domestic violence and a technical member of a movie in which he played accuses him of having beaten him.

“I imagine Jack Sparrow will be his legacy,” Stuart Beattie continues. “This is the only character he has played five times, it is the costume he puts on to visit children in hospitals, that’s why we will remember him.” Can Pirates of the Caribbean exist without Jack Sparrow? The future will tell.

According to recent rumors, Disney is currently thinking about a Pirates of the Caribbean reboot without Johnny Depp.
